Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required.
• 1–2 years of financial analysis or business planning experience, preferably in cruise or travel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with financial modeling and data analysis experience.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to explain complex results clearly.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities with composure.
• Team player with ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support Operating Plan, Long-Range Plan, and capital investments.
• Perform variance, trend, and scenario analyses on a broad range of business issues.
• Analyze product and ship-level performance and profitability.
• Prepare packaged financial reports and presentations for monthly Brand Performance reviews and board meetings.
• Create dashboards and reports to improve forecasting and decision-making.
• Translate analyses into concise presentations for senior management.
• Assist with audits of P&L areas to identify discrepancies and opportunities.
• Support ad-hoc analyses in coordination with finance and operations teams.
