Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
• 2+ years of FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or related business finance roles.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, pivot tables, and modeling.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization preferred.
• Ability to translate financial results into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget, collection/validation/consolidation of assumptions.
• Analyze P&L metrics: revenue, volume, price, COGS, SG&A.
• Prepare monthly management reports with variance analysis.
• Support month-end close by validating results and drivers.
• Perform profitability analysis by segment and customer.
• Enhance Power BI reports and other financial tools.
