Qualifications
3–5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing or food/beverage.
Experience with financial reporting and variance analysis.
Ability to present complex financial data to non-finance leaders.
Responsibilities
Support annual budget and rolling forecast processes.
Prepare monthly financial reporting packages.
Analyze production, labor, and material cost trends.
Build driver-based financial models.
Partner with Operations to connect metrics with financial impact.
