Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Financial Analyst at our North America headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI. You will own the budget/forecast process for cash flow and NWC, deliver reporting and variance analysis, and partner with HR and Facilities to drive financial insights.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A, you will model monthly forecasts in Oracle, ensure timely, complete reports, and seek continuous improvements through automation and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a large corporate environment or public accounting.
• Understands link between business issues, P&L, and cash flow.
• Strong communication skills and detail orientation.
• Financial modeling, analysis and problem solving; SAP/Oracle experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the budget and forecast process for North America cash flow and NWC with insightful reporting.
• Compile monthly cash disbursement forecasts and compare to actuals.
• Model and submit monthly NWC forecasts into Oracle with key inputs from colleagues.
• Ensure high-quality reporting with complete data and timely commentary.
• Provide FP&A support to HR and Facilities teams and mentor interns.
