Job summary

Zep Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A in Atlanta to own the F&B budget and rolling forecast. You will build models, run analyses, and present the story behind the numbers to the VP of Finance and leadership.

This hands-on role requires strong Excel skills and collaboration with commercial and operations leaders. You will maintain driver-based models linking volume, price, mix, and costs, support long-range planning, and deliver monthly management packages with clear insights and actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience in finance or business unit finance.
• Hands-on budgeting and forecasting cycles; proven model-building craft.
• ERP and BI tooling experience (SAP/Oracle/JD Edwards; Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong grasp of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Food & Beverage annual budget with templates and models; coordinate inputs from leaders.
• Own the rolling forecast for revenue, gross profit, Opex and EBIT.
• Prepare monthly management packs with variance analyses and driver explanations.
• Develop KPI dashboards and support board/executive materials.
