Zep Inc. is seeking an experienced Finance Manager, FP&A to act as the finance partner for the Professional business. You will own budgets, rolling forecasts, and monthly results, delivering clear insights to Finance and Professional leadership.

This hands-on role requires building models and presenting data-driven stories to drive pricing, cost decisions, and operational improvements. You will partner across sales, operations, and supply chain, develop KPI dashboards, and automate reporting

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance or business unit finance experience.
• Hands-on ownership of budgeting and forecasting cycles, including building models from scratch.
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, lookups, pivot tables, scenario modeling).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) and planning/BI tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong grasp of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow relationships.
• Experience at private equity-backed company and manufacturing/CPG environments.
• Analytical rigor and ability to tell the story behind the data.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and forecast for the Professional business line.
• Own the Professional annual budget and rolling forecast process.
• Build driver-based models linking volume, price, mix and cost to financial outcomes.
• Support long-range planning and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Prepare monthly management reporting with actual vs. budget vs. forecast analyses.
• Explain drivers behind results, including margin by customer, channel and product line.
• Develop KPI dashboards and contribute to board and executive materials.
• Partner with Pricing & Master Data teams to optimize pricing and profitability.
