Job summary

EY seeks a senior FP&A/EPM advisor to lead complex finance transformation projects from design to delivery. You will guide clients through planning, budgeting, and forecasting improvements, and collaborate with senior staff to optimize performance across industries.

You’ll work in a fast‑growing practice with ongoing development opportunities, traveling as needed to meet client needs while leveraging modern analytics and technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of combined industry and consulting FP&A experience (Life Sciences & HealthCare).
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and AOP cycles.
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis expertise.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities; executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and client engagements on FP&A and EPM projects.
• Manage risk, ensure quality, and deliver complex solutions.
• Develop innovative planning processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for executives.
