Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business)
• Minimum 5 years in financial planning and analysis with experience in Life Sciences & HealthCare
• Experience in strategic planning, AOP, budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis
• Strong FP&A background from corporate finance or consulting roles
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into improved planning and decision-making processes
• Experience with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, Tagetik or similar

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and client engagements in FP&A and EPM projects
• Manage and deliver complex financial processes and projects with risk oversight
• Develop innovative solutions and advise on policy/procedure changes
• Ensure quality and continuous process improvement across engagements
