Job summary

EY is seeking an Advisory Senior to guide FP&A and EPM projects, driving design and deployment of planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions for clients. You will lead workstreams, manage engagements, and deliver innovative financial planning strategies in a fast-changing environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in FP&A/consulting, strong analytical ability, and a global mindset. Willingness to travel and collaborate with diverse teams is expected within a large, inclusive firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business).
• Minimum 5 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with Life Sciences & HealthCare.
• Strategic planning, long-range planning, and annual operating planning (AOP).
• Budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes.
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Management reporting and business performance analysis.
• Capital planning and investment analysis.
• Strong FP&A background from corporate finance roles.
• Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, or EPM solutions.
• Proven track record translating business challenges into improved planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects, ensuring quality and risk management.
• Lead workstreams, manage client engagements, and develop innovative solutions.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for results.
• Lead teams and provide feedback to others at lower ranks.
