Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Director of Finance to build a first-class FP&A organization and own the company’s operating P&L. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, partnering with the executive team and shaping strategic initiatives in a fast-growing environment.

Ideal candidate has 8-12+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, strong modeling skills, and proven leadership with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required and 8-12+ years FP&A experience.
• Experience owning P&L, leading budgets and forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional partnering.

Responsibilities

• Own the company operating P&L, budgets, forecasting, and performance management.
• Design scalable planning processes across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Develop financial models, scenarios, KPIs, and strategic analyses.
• Deliver insights to influence executive decisions and investor reporting.
• Lead close with accounting ensuring alignment of planning and reporting.
