StandardAero is seeking an FP&A Director to join its Scottsdale, AZ headquarters. You will lead the monthly close, consolidate reporting, and drive KPI accuracy for leadership. The role focuses on AOP, FP&A integration, and cross‑functional alignment across Sales, Operations, and Finance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A with leadership experience, advanced analytics, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, available to travel 10–20% as required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A with ability to present to senior executives.
• 3+ years of financial leadership at management level.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint; strong analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and consolidate monthly reporting packages including management presentations, KPIs, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accuracy of KPIs and distribute data to stakeholders.
• Oversee the FP&A reporting structure in Oracle ERP (FSG).
• Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process with consolidation and analysis.
• Assist FP&A integration related to acquisitions and strategy.
