Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Finance Data Product Analyst to own the requirements-to-handoff lifecycle across FP&A domains, driving faster turnaround and stronger domain ownership for GLTD, Revenue, CapEx, and HC portfolios.

You will translate finance needs into structured data specifications, coordinate with onsite and offshore teams, validate models, support UAT, and help accelerate AI-augmented analytics across the business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as FP&A analyst for requirements intake across GLTD, Revenue, CapEx, and HC portfolios.
• Translate business requirements into structured specifications for handoff.
• Own the requirements-to-engineering handoff process to reduce rework.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and UAT support.
• Debug and trace data through EDW models to resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore teams; manage backlogs and timely handoff.
• Maintain documentation: BRDs, data dictionaries, test cases, guides.
• Support AI-augmented analytics adoption by translating needs into AI/ML-ready requirements.
