Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our finance team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will build financial models, forecast performance, and deliver insights to drive growth and strategic initiatives.

You will transform data from multiple ERP systems into trusted information, develop dashboards, and support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making with rigorous analysis and attention to data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years FP&A or related role.
• Experience with multiple ERP systems; integration or consolidation preferred.
• Experience developing dashboards in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Advanced Excel skills; Power Query and complex formulas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support decisions and leadership requests.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to support finance and operations.
• Ensure data quality and reconciliation across source systems.
