PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy in Pittsburgh is seeking an FP&A Analyst to transform financial data into actionable insights. The role analyzes complex datasets, builds models, and supports data-driven decision-making in a hybrid work setting with up to 10% travel.

You will collaborate with IT, Accounting, Controlling, and business teams to improve reporting accuracy, forecasting, and dashboards, driving strategic planning for a growing specialty-pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years in FP&A or similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial planning software.
• Self-starter who can deliver in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT, Accounting, Controlling, and cross-functional teams to gather, validate, reconcile, and analyze financial data across the EDW and financial systems.
• Utilize SQL, Databricks, and other data platforms to extract, transform, analyze, and validate financial data from multiple sources.
• Leverage Power BI and other tools to develop dashboards and scalable reporting solutions; identify opportunities to automate reporting processes.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business performance.
