Job summary

Sagacious Taxfin Consultants is seeking a Business Performance Manager to drive RTN's business performance framework within the Bain GBS Warsaw center, collaborating with global leadership. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and financial accounting processes, and lead a team of financial coordinators while developing analytics such as KPI dashboards and pricing engines to inform data-driven decisions.

Requires a university degree in finance or related field with FP&A experience and strong

Qualifications

University degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field.
Experience in budgeting process and developing financial forecasts.
Extensive experience in FP&A activities (accounts payable/receivable, revenue recognition, etc.).
Ability to develop and manage complex financial models and forecast financial performance.
Experience managing a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies.

Responsibilities

Own RTN’s business performance framework.
Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the annual budgeting process.
Manage a team of financial coordinators and act as escalation point for all financial process matters.
Develop best-in-class analytical capabilities for RTN, including pricing engine creation and automated KPI dashboards.
