Job summary

CFS is seeking an FP&A Business Partner for the Northeast region. The role blends strategic finance with regional leadership, providing rigorous budgeting, forecasting, and analytics to inform executive decisions.

You will own the annual and quarterly cycles, partner with regional leaders, and build scalable analytics across a multi-entity structure. This remote/hybrid role requires travel to NYC/NJ areas and offers significant growth in a PE-backed environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of FP&A experience, ideally across multiple units or regions.
• Proven budgeting/forecasting expertise and BI systems experience with complex data.
• Strong business-partnering, communication, and adaptability in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting and forecasting for the Northeast portfolio to inform strategy.
• Transform messy multi-entity data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with regional VP Growth and Operations to drive process improvements.
• Develop and scale enterprise analytics dashboards using Planful and Databricks.

Key Responsibilities Of The FP&A Business Partner

• Own budgeting and forecasting for the Northeast portfolio, directly informing business decisions and strategy
• Build actionable analytics and transform messy, multi-entity data into insights and recommendations for changeServe as the primary business partner to the regional vice president, growth, and operations leaders, driving process improvement and regional execution
• Develop and scale best-practice dashboards and enterprise analytics by leveraging Planful and Databricks
• Lead the annual and quarterly forecasting cycle, collaborating cross-functionally to meet business-critical timelines

Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required)

• 5 to 10 years of hands‑on financial planning and analysis experience, preferably supporting multiple business units or regions
• Proven experience with advanced budgeting/forecasting and BI systems, especially handling complex, unstructured data
• Demonstrated business partnership skills with strong communication, ownership mindset, and adaptability in high‑change environments

Location

New York/New Jersey (Tri-State) - Hybrid/Remote; local/regional candidates only

Schedule

Remote/home-based with frequent regional travel to clients in the NYC/NJ area;

Compensation

up to $150,000 USD base plus bonus
