Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to learn new reporting applications quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with flexibility.
• Knowledge of financial forecasting and planning concepts; familiarity with bank regulatory capital or stress testing is preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication, ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and analysis of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans for the U.S. Banks.
• Support Balance Sheet and PPNR processes for CCAR/Stress Test submissions with modeling and governance.
• Utilize multiple data sources to create management reporting including Balance Sheet and revenue analysis.
• Perform financial analysis to support decision-making and prepare materials for senior leaders and Regulators.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Controllers, Treasury, Risk Management and others on deliverables.
