Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• 2+ years FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• Strong communication and executive storytelling skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; proficiency in automations (Alteryx).
• Team player and trusted partner across Business, Finance and FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual and rolling financial planning for product areas and explain month-end results.
• Develop and present financial analysis and drivers to business leads.
• Collaborate with P&A lead to deliver monthly and quarterly reviews and budgets.
• Support period business reviews, budget reviews, and senior management offsites.
• Assist in strategic initiatives and efficiency reporting across locations.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes and propose solutions.
