Job summary

Aspida Financial Services, LLC is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to support the FP&A team. You will own expense governance, review POs, and ensure expenditures align with budgets while providing timely insights into company spending.

Responsibilities include preparing period reports, analyzing variances, and developing dashboards for visibility into operating expenses. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and a finance-related bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, or financial modeling preferred.
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating financial information into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Expense Governance: review PO requests for alignment with budgets and policies.
  • Expense Reporting: prepare weekly AP activity and spending reports.
  • Departmental Expense Reporting: prepare quarterly departmental expense reports and analyze variances.
  • Financial Analysis: perform ad hoc analyses and develop dashboards for expense visibility.
