Job summary

Greystar is seeking an analytically strong FP&A Associate to support the Americas Principal Business (APB). You will consolidate financial results, develop reporting and narratives for senior leaders, and lead operating expense forecasting for APB Shared Services.

You will also advance the team’s AI and systems tech stack, leveraging Anaplan, Claude, Copilot, and Microsoft 365 in daily work. The role offers visibility to Greystar's senior leadership across the Americas Principal Business with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, engineering, economics, or another quantitative discipline required.
• At least five years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, executive-ready narratives.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
• Experience using generative AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude, to enhance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver consolidated management reporting for senior leadership with clear drivers and variances.
• Coordinate FP&A partners across lines for annual plans and reforecasts, meeting deadlines.
• Support OpEx budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking for APB Shared Services.
• Manage cost allocation methods and validate postings across ledgers.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows within recurring reporting cycles and advocate AI roadmap.
