Job summary

DingoBlu is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to build the finance function from the ground up in Charlotte, NC. You will own forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting, creating dashboards and models that drive strategic decisions.

You will report to the Controller, partner with cross-functional teams, and translate complex financial results into clear narratives for the ownership group. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role in an early-stage fintech environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical finance experience with ownership of a budget and forecast cycle.
Experience building financial models and management reporting from scratch.
Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, including driver-based forecasting and scenario analysis.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ability to tie forecasts to the general ledger.
Experience building KPI dashboards and reporting packages for executive audiences.
Experience extracting data from ERP or accounting platforms and working with large data sets.

Responsibilities

Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for revenue, costs, payroll, and operating expenses.
Develop and maintain driver-based models linking member activity to financial outcomes.
Model unit economics including interchange, ATM revenue, and membership fees.
Produce variance analyses and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Create KPI dashboards and monthly reports with commentary on drivers and risks.
Partner with the Controller to maintain cash flow forecasting and funding requirements.
Design and maintain reporting calendars and metric definitions.
