Job summary

• Support Capital Markets activities, including corporate funding and liquidity activities.
• Assist with structuring, negotiation, legal document review and execution of revolving warehouse facilities, private financings and securitizations.
• Develop, prepare and analyze daily, weekly and monthly operational reporting for executive management decision-making.
• Support budgetary planning and monitoring.
• Create and maintain product and financial models.
• Track real-time loan portfolio performance using SQL-based data visualization tools.
• Provide analytical and financial support to Operations, Product, Risk and Technology departments.
• Support members of the FP&A and Capital Markets team.

• Support Capital Markets activities, including corporate funding and liquidity activities
• Assist with structuring, negotiation, legal document review and execution of revolving warehouse facilities, private financings and securitizations
• Develop, prepare and analyze daily, weekly and monthly operational reporting for executive management decision-making

Requirements

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, follow through to completion, and present conclusions of analysis to senior management in an organized and thoughtful manner
• Experience with SQL or other relational database tools a plus
• Candidates must be local or able to relocate independently
