Job summary

Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance is seeking an FP&A Intern to join our Finance team in Indianapolis. You will assist with monthly and quarterly variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and support the preparation and distribution of management reporting and dashboards.

You will also conduct ad hoc financial analyses to inform strategic and operational decisions and help identify process improvements to raise reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Microsoft Excel experience through coursework, projects, or prior work experience
  • Basic understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

As an FP&A Intern, you may:
