Job summary

Landis+Gyr is seeking a skilled FP&A professional to lead forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analyses in Alpharetta, GA. This role partners with Operations, Sales, Product, Technology and Corporate functions to drive informed business decisions and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of FP&A experience, strong Excel and Power Query skills, and a track record of building robust financial models and dashboards. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
• 3–5 years of related FP&A experience.
• Strong technical accounting proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and Power Query.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting/budgeting processes and Profit & Loss (P&L) variances.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support business leaders.
• Partner with business leaders to understand operational drivers and incorporate them into forecasts.
• Prepare executive-level financial reporting packages and presentations for senior leadership.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance.
• Identify root causes of performance deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting solutions to improve decision-making.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Product, Technology, and Corporate Functions.
