Job summary

Nomura Holdings, Inc. in New York, NY seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to prepare monthly corporate analyses and support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for senior management.

You will work with regional and global teams to explain variances and drive strategic financial decisions. The role requires 1+ years in FP&A, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle Hyperion/Essbase, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience preferred.
• Prior experience in financial services is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly analysis of Corporate results for senior management with insights on variance drivers.
• Prepare firm-wide management reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables with commentary.
• Assist with annual budget process and respond to ad-hoc requests.
• Assist with Corporate allocation process quarterly with global teams and stakeholders.
• Manage Americas budget execution with CAOs to highlight trends and variances.
• Build checks, controls and automate reporting processes.
• Participate in daily revenue flash reporting to senior management.
• Contribute to quarterly Finance COO reporting with headcount and expense reporting.
• Assist with invoice submission and accrual tracking for Finance division.
