Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A professional to transform financial data into actionable insights for orders, contracts, and customer programs. You will partner with sales, operations, and finance to enhance profitability analyses and pricing for RFPs and quotes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in finance or accounting, strong FP&A background, and advanced Excel. CPA/MBA/CMA preferred; programming and database familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with related experience in FP&A or accounting.
• Strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Advanced Excel skills required; programming/database experience desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work across levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, schedules and analyses for orders, contracts, programs and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales and operations on quotes, RFPs, RFQs and program analyses.
• Develop processes to compare actual performance to quotes/forecast/plan.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance on action items addressing performance issues.
• Create ad-hoc reporting and analysis on P&L drivers.
• Analyze customer commodity pricing programs and reconciliations.
• Create pricing for customer RFPs and quotations.
• Develop other ad-hoc reporting processes for business review.
