Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner with Mobility and Oro teams to drive financial visibility, performance, and strategic decision-making. You will support planning, monthly actuals, variance analysis, and ad hoc analyses, collaborating with business leaders to provide clear reporting and actionable insights.

You will build forecasts, monitor KPIs, and contribute to short- and long-term planning while communicating complex financial results in a concise manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 0–2 years of FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics experience in analytical or reporting roles preferred.
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Databricks or Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis, decision support, and thought leadership.
• Develop forecasts, analyze trends, generate internal management reports, monitor KPIs.
• Support monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes for planning.
• Advance data mining and modeling to identify key drivers and insights.
• Deliver timely analysis of performance, including revenue, expenses, EBITDA, and variances.
