Job summary

Securitas Technology Corporation is seeking a Financial Analyst in Uniontown, OH to oversee FP&A functions, including income statement reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking for U.S. and Canada operations.

The role supports sales, operations, and SG&A teams with month-end close, journal entries, and performance analysis. Demand for strong Excel and SAP skills, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1-3 years FP&A experience including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Corporate accounting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet monthly deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Forecast the full P&L (revenue, COGS, SG&A) monthly for assigned departments.
• Lead annual budgeting for all P&L categories for assigned departments.
• Create slides for monthly and quarterly business reviews to summarize financial results, forecast outlook, and KPI trends.
• Hold regular meetings with operational leaders to review results versus plan and forecasts.
• Perform variance analyses with explanations for anomalies.
• Prepare reclassifying or correcting journal entries to ensure accurate P&L by department and branch.
• Investigate issues with other teams (including IT) to resolve root causes.
