OpenX in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, dashboards, and complex financial modeling to drive company performance.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in finance, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and experience with Adaptive Insights. You will partner with business teams to provide actionable insights and support month-end close.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of forecasting, financial modeling, analysis, and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Math (Statistics).
• Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights or equivalent tool preferred.
• Comfort working with large data sets and advanced Excel/Sheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with senior leadership presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Thought Leadership: analyze industry, trends, and KPIs for finance and org.
• Forecasting, Budgeting, Reporting, long-range planning.
• Drive scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategy.
• Dashboard production and automation; data visualization.
• Ad-hoc dashboards as needed by business.
• Improve forecasting and budgeting tools; deepen understanding of FP&A processes.
