Aspire General Insurance Company is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across the organization. You will engage with Finance, Operations, Claims, and Distribution to deliver insights and drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• 1-3 years of financial analysis experience preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and STAT
• Experience analyzing financial statements, KPIs, and drivers
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint including financial modeling
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform detailed analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical and current financial data to evaluate performance and drivers
• Monitor results against budget and forecast; explain variances
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes
• Build and maintain financial models for planning and decision-making
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports and dashboards
• Develop and monitor KPIs and operational metrics
• Analyze processes to identify risks and inefficiencies
• Support operating expense and capex tracking and reporting
• Extract and transform data from financial systems and data warehouses
• Partner with leadership on planning and analysis initiatives
• Support automation to improve reporting efficiency and scalability
