Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business.
• 1+ years in an accounting, finance, or business role (internship qualifies).
• Experience with cost tracking, budgeting, or FP&A activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecast of KPIs including spending and resource requirements for assigned business groups (headcount, capex, opex).
• Forecast future unit costs with cross-functional teams and track progress toward cost-reduction targets.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making from idea generation to implementation.
• Develop financial models and metrics in collaboration with peers across functions.
• Prepare and update capital expenditure and inventory cash forecasts.
• Support product cost tracking and inventory analysis, including obsolescence and productivity efforts.
• Develop tools to track revenue performance and incurred project costs monthly.
• Provide insights on revenue, spending variances and department-level reporting to business partners.
• Analyze and interpret financial data for management reviews.
