Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Analyst to deliver analytical insights and support critical business decisions. You will mine data, produce internal and external reporting, and transform findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.

This role focuses on KPI consolidation, forecasting, and strategic analysis within a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with BI tools; knowledge of SAP/BPC is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics; MBA a plus.
• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus.
• Expert in building models for analysis.
• Knowledge of accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytical insights to support business decisions and process improvements, external financial reporting communications, data mining and various reporting needs.
• Assist in weekly reporting, ensuring Supply Chain Leadership receives timely and relevant intra-quarter and in-period results against forecasts, targets, and goals.
• Consolidate Global D&L KPI’s: UPC, Package Prices, Volumes by node, D&L CPP’s, etc.
• Demonstrate thought leadership by transforming data and trends into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.
• Establish trust and communicate effectively with senior management and business partners.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to address key strategic or operational questions across multiple disciplines.
• Partner with the FP&A team on presentations, ad-hoc analysis and other reporting requirements upon request.
• Support the preparation of all financial metrics required for our forecasting cycles with an understanding of the risks and opportunities to the assumptions included.
• Work effectively within teams, demonstrating a results-driven approach and a high level of initiative.
• Maintain the ability to meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure while retaining curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
