Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst, Digital to support the HEYDUDE Digital Channel, including HEYDUDE.com and Marketplaces. You will help maintain recurring reporting, analyze performance, and provide clear insights to drive timely decisions.

You will partner with Digital Marketing and eCommerce teams, assist with monthly close, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts. A strong Excel background and BI tool experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of finance, accounting, or analytical experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; experience maintaining financial models preferred.
• Experience with BI tools, SAP, or BPC a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Digital Marketing and eCommerce teams to analyze marketing performance and customer trends, providing financial insights for growth and profitability.
• Support recurring reporting including daily sales and KPI reports; analyze trends, variances, and drivers.
• Assist with monthly close variance analysis and coordinate with accounting for inputs and accuracy.
• Prepare supporting analysis, schedules, and explanations for monthly presentations.
