Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A to drive enterprise-level planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. You will help maintain the NSPB tool, perform variance analysis, and support weekly forecasting cadences while translating data into actionable insights for executives.

The role requires 2+ years in corporate FP&A, advanced Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite/NSPB; familiarity with Tableau and Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis within a corporate environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models.
• Experience with enterprise planning and budgeting tools, particularly NetSuite/NSPB.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

• Support NSPB tool ownership including forecast cycle setup and maintenance, data accuracy checks, reporting customization, and process improvements.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis of costs and key financial metrics; investigate explanations for variances.
• Support weekly forecasting cycles with revenue/margin flash reporting and headcount tracking.
• Prepare and validate financial materials for Monthly Business Reviews and Board reporting.
• Assist in quarterly planning and annual budgeting; build dashboards and reports using Tableau and Salesforce.
