Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A, to support enterprise planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. You will help maintain NSPB, drive variance analysis, and contribute to monthly and quarterly processes.

The role requires a detail-oriented, cross-functional collaborator who translates data into actionable insights. The position offers strong benefits and growth opportunities across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis within a corporate environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models.
• Experience with enterprise planning and budgeting tools, particularly NetSuite/NSPB.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support NSPB tool as co-owner, including forecast cycle setup and maintenance and data accuracy checks.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis of costs and key financial metrics; document explanations for variances.
• Support weekly forecasting, including revenue, margin, and headcount updates.
• Prepare and validate materials for Monthly Business Reviews and Board reporting.
• Assist in quarterly forecasting and annual planning; build dashboards to drive analytics.
