Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum three years of FP&A, Finance or Accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights by comparing actual results to budget/forecast.
• Assist in developing and maintaining financial models, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasts.
• Track key financial metrics and identify trends in costs and revenues.
• Collaborate with business units to gather data and support decision-making.
• Contribute to process improvements in reporting and analysis.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis for cross-functional projects.
