Job summary

Salomon North America is seeking a Financial Analyst – B2B Softgoods to join the FP&A team in Ogden, UT. You will help develop and maintain financial controls, reporting, and analysis for the US and Canada B2B Softgoods business across footwear, apparel, bags and socks.

Collaborating with the Business Controller and cross-functional partners, you will build reports, financial models, and support month-end processes to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of FP&A or financial modeling experience.
• Strong Excel and financial metrics understanding.
• Ability to build business cases and analyze data.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Experience with SAP FICO and BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM budgeting and forecasting with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain financial reports and models.
• Analyze sales trends, margins, and cost drivers.
• Prepare month-end close entries and GM analysis.
• Improve management reporting for better decision making.
