About the Role
The FP&A Analyst supports the delivery of financial and operational analyses, models, and reporting that drive accurate, timely business decisions across a fast-growing, multi-partner platform. You will work closely with the broader finance team to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting helping leadership and partner companies understand their financial results and act on them.

What Onboarding Looks Like
In your first 30 days, you will learn the platform\'s financial structure, reporting tools, and partner company landscape while supporting the team through day-to-day analytical work. By day 60, you will be independently producing recurring reports and variance analyses and have contributed meaningfully to at least one budgeting or planning workstream. By day 90, you are a reliable, productive member of the FP&A team, delivering accurate work on time and beginning to develop your own perspective on partner performance trends.
