Job summary

TricorBraun, a global packaging leader, seeks an FP&A Analyst to support monthly financial packages and strategic business analysis. You will help create dashboards, financial models, and insights for cross-functional partners, enabling data-driven decisions.

You'll be involved from day one in evolving planning tools, communicating findings visually and verbally, and leading budgeting/forecasting for assigned units.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise reporting tools and financial models.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable financial insights.
• Strong communication of findings to non-technical partners.

Your role here

From Day 1, you'll jump right into assisting with the evolution of monthly financial packages and reports to provide insights. Your expertise will enable cross-functional business partners to make well informed decisions, translating business goals into actionable solutions.

Essential Functions:

• Assist with development of enterprise reporting tools, dashboards, and financial models while driving processes to rapidly deliver data-driven insights.
• Partner cross-functionally with all levels of the organization to effectively communicate findings and insights both verbally and visually to non-technical business partners.
• Serve as a strategic partner for assigned business units as well as point of escalation and accountability to ensure effective partnership and satisfaction.
• Lead the annual budget and forecasting process for assigned business units.
