What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with sales to analyze and influence the financial aspects of deals. Your key objective will be to evaluate deal economics, determine appropriate pricing strategies, and guide the sales team on deal structuring and flexibility. You will provide expert financial insight to ensure deals are both profitable and aligned with the company's goals.

• Deal negotiation: Partnering with business development and sales on strategic partnerships and customer engagements.
• Pricing: Aligning with product and sales on rate cards and creating discounting empowerment thresholds.
• Analysis: Review and influence contracts for risk to financial statements.
• Scenario analysis and customer interaction.
• Pricing and capacity management.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Experience with financial systems and tools relevant to sales organizations.
• Proficiency in financial modeling.Proficiency with accounting experience and strong understanding of a P&L.
• Proven track record of ability to handle ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
  
  

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $108,000 to $143,000 and $119,000 to $157,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
