Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Science; MBA/CA/CFA a plus.
• 3–8 years FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling proficiency.
• Experience with AI/ML in finance a plus.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across units.
• Develop AI/ML-informed financial models to improve forecast precision.
• Perform variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Design long-range planning frameworks and multi-year projections.
• Build scenario models to evaluate financial impact of decisions.
• Define and monitor KPIs aligned with business goals.
• Develop AI-powered dashboards and real-time reporting tools.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, product and data teams.
• Automate FP&A processes using AI tools and scripts.
• Translate data into clear insights for senior leadership.
