Based in Miami, the position focuses on delivering insightful financial commentary and ensuring accurate budgeting and planning processes.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of financial statements and month-end close processes.
Experience in management reporting, variance analysis, budgets, and forecasts.
Proficiency in Excel for complex formulas, PivotTables, and data modeling.
Experience using Power BI to maintain and validate dashboards.
Ability to translate financial results into clear business insights.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders and presenting to non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

Own recurring management reporting and provide explanations of performance and risks.
Perform actual vs. budget/forecast variance analysis and explain drivers.
Analyze revenue, gross margin, expenses, working capital, cash flow, and KPIs.
Support month-end close with reconciliations and account analyses.
Develop and maintain FP&A models and scenario analyses for planning.
Maintain finance-focused Power BI dashboards and automate reporting.
