Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Finance professional to serve as the primary FP&A partner for NPI, GTPE and GCB. You will lead monthly reviews with directors, support forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis, and develop executive-level reporting packages.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights and help drive financial transparency across the enterprise. The role requires strong Excel skills, data synthesis, and ability to influence decision-making with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with NPI, GTPE, and GCB as primary FP&A finance partner.
• Lead monthly reviews with directors and leadership, sharing insights on spend, forecasts, risks and opportunities.
• Support forecasting, annual planning, budgeting, and variance analyses.
• Maintain and enhance enterprise R&E reporting, analytics and business insights.
• Develop executive-level reporting packages for R&E and assist restructuring initiatives.
