Caterpillar is hiring a Corporate Senior FP&A Analyst to lead tariff accounting, forecasting, and reporting. You will own end-to-end tariff processes, produce enterprise analyses for senior leadership, and guide teams on tariff accounting practices.

You will partner with segments, divisions, and global finance stakeholders to drive accurate financial communications, performance insights, and efficiency improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of financial analysis tools and methods; able to read and interpret financial data.
• Ability to determine root causes and propose solutions.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in reporting.
• Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Consolidate and prepare tariffs forecast in collaboration with Caterpillar segments and divisions.
• Consolidate and prepare tariffs monthly and quarterly financial analyses.
• Support the accountabilities methodology across divisions and business units.
• Review internal and external financial communications, including quarterly earnings releases.
• Effectively communicate financial results to Senior Director of FP&A.
• Drive improvements and efficiencies in analysis and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with segment CFO teams and business unit contacts.
• Partner on enterprise-wide initiatives related to Global Finance strategy.
• Provide mentorship and subject-matter guidance to team members.
