Job summary

Bright Data is seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. You will deliver key financial insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and drive strategic decisions across the company.

Responsibilities include supporting annual budgeting, owning expense analysis, assisting with month-end close, and building complex financial models with ad-hoc analyses as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in FP&A roles.
• Fluent English – written and verbal.
• Experience with financial analysis and executive presentations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Bright Data is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team.

You’ll be part of a collaborative group of analysts, delivering key financial insights, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and helping drive strategic decisions across the company.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
• Own and drive comprehensive, holistic analysis of company expenses, partnering with relevant stakeholders across the organization to ensure full visibility and control.
• Assist with month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial reports.
• Provide ongoing financial support and analysis for various teams, projects, customer transactions, and strategic initiatives.
• Build ad-hoc financial models, reports, and analysis as needed.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and explaining variances.
• Collaborate with the finance team and department heads to deliver data-driven insights that support decision-making.
• Be proactive - identify opportunities for process improvements and bring forward your own ideas and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in FP&A roles
• Fluent English – written and verbal
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• High standards of accuracy, precision, and professionalism
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure
• Strong sense of ownership - ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive things to completion
• Experience in financial analysis, executive presentations and building complex financial models – Advantage
• Experience with daily use of AI tools and the ability to integrate them into work – Advantage
