West Ottawa Public Schools is seeking a Fourth Grade Teacher for Riley Farms Elementary School. The position begins January 18, 2027 and reports to the elementary principal. Job Responsibilities

• Plan and lead outdoor learning experiences that align with curriculum standards and foster student engagement with the natural environment
• Responsible for lesson planning and instruction of fourth-grade curriculum.
• Demonstrates ability to differentiate instruction by creating challenging and engaging learning opportunities for all students.
• Conducts ongoing assessment of student learning and progress, and modifies instructional methods to fit student needs.
• Continues to acquire professional knowledge and learning of current developments in the educational field by attending seminars, workshops or professional development meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
