Job summary

Child Development Schools in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Lead Teacher to create a warm, inviting classroom where four-year-olds explore, learn, and grow. You’ll guide hands-on activities, storytelling, and daily routines that foster curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth.

You will partner with families and work as part of a collaborative teaching team to ensure engaging, nurturing, and safe early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful background check.
• Completion of 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons for the Four-Year-Old classroom.
• Keep the classroom safe, organized, and compliant with licensing and ratio requirements.
• Observe and document each child's development; share progress with families regularly.
• Build relationships with parents through daily communication and scheduled conferences.
• Complete required documentation including attendance, incident reports, and assessments.
