You will plan age-appropriate lessons, maintain licensing ratios, observe development, document progress, and communicate with families through conferences. The role includes competitive hourly pay with benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with families.
• A degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons for the Four-Year-Old classroom.
• Keep the classroom safe, organized, and compliant with licensing and ratio requirements.
• Observe and document each child's development and share progress with families regularly.
• Build relationships with parents through daily communication and scheduled conferences.
• Complete required documentation including attendance, incident reports, and assessments.
