Four Seasons Hotel TRIO Restaurant Supervisor

Position: Full‑time.

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is a resort‑like haven located in Downtown Austin. The hotel offers 291 guest rooms and luxury suites, a top‑rated restaurant TRIO, and a luxury spa.

Responsibilities

• Report to the TRIO Restaurant Manager.
• Maintain and control a high level of guest service.
• Ensure consistent and thoughtful F&B service demonstrated by the staff.
• Assist the Department Manager with training, supervising, and disciplining the staff.

Qualifications

• One to two years of prior experience in a related position.
• Knowledge of guest service, cocktail and beverage lists, menus, and fine dining.
• A college degree is preferred.
