Job summary

Dental Metrics Maven in Lubbock, Texas, seeks a full-time Associate Periodontist to join an established specialty practice with a robust referral network and modern technology. The role offers four-day work weeks (Mon-Thu), clinical autonomy with strong support, and opportunities to expand advanced implant and regenerative services.

The ideal candidate will have a Texas license, US-based Periodontics residency, and interest in expanding implant, regenerative, and surgical procedures while

Qualifications

• Hold an active Texas dental license and be graduated from a U.S.-based Periodontics residency.
• Comfortable providing comprehensive periodontal and implant therapy.
• Interest in advanced surgical and regenerative procedures.
• Value strong relationships with referring dentists and provide patient-centered care.
• Motivated to grow an established specialty practice.
• Collaborative, professional approach to patient care and teamwork.
• IV sedation certification or interest in pursuing IV sedation privileges (preferred, but not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide dental implant placement and related procedures (Nobel Biocare, Straumann).
• Perform bone grafting and ridge augmentation.
• Perform soft-tissue grafting.
• Conduct periodontal surgery and crown lengthening.
• Perform regenerative periodontal procedures.
• Deliver comprehensive periodontal disease treatment.
• Provide oral and nitrous sedation; develop IV sedation services as needed.
